Diane R. Bech
Of Counsel
Ms. Bech joined the firm in 2004. She practices commercial litigation with a focus on creditor/debtor law, corporate and general business law, and legal malpractice. First admitted to practice law in 1990, Ms. Bech has represented a wide variety of individuals and businesses in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels.

Ms. Bech graduated summa cum laude from Vermont Law School. While in law school, she was named a Vermont Law Scholar and received the Learned Hand Award for Academic Excellence, awarded to the student with the highest grade point average. Ms. Bech also graduated cum laude from Bryn Mawr College, with an A.B. in classical and Near Eastern archaeology.

Ms. Bech practiced law for several years in Vermont and New Hampshire before moving to the Philadelphia area in 1997.
