From Philadelphia Int’l Airport, Delaware and Points South: Take I-95 North to I-676 West (the Vine Street Expressway). Exit at Broad Street. From New York and New Jersey via NJ Turnpike: Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 4 (Route 73). Follow Route 73 North to Route 38 West. Follow 38 W to 30W. Follow signs and cross over the Benjamin Franklin Bridge to I-676 West (the Vine Street Expressway). Exit at Broad Street. Continue straight on 15th Street (heading South) off the exit. From Northern Suburbs and I-95: Follow I-95 South and take the Central Philadelphia/Historic Area Exit. At the bottom of ramp follow signs for I- 676 West (the Vine Street Expressway). Exit at Broad Street. Continue straight on 15th Street (heading South) off the exit. BLF is located at 1515 Market Street, at 15th and Market Streets, across from City Hall. BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

Regional Rail: BLF is easily accessible from all of SEPTA's regional rail lines. Exit the train at Suburban Station, and exit the station to Market Street. BLF is located at 1515 Market, between 15th and 16th Streets, across from City Hall.

Amtrak: From 30th Street Station in Philadelphia, BLF is a short cab ride away, or you may take any of SEPTA's city-bound regional rail lines one stop to Suburban Station (see "Regional Rail" above).

From Philadelphia International Airport: SEPTA's R-1 Airport Train leaves every 30 minutes and arrives at Suburban Station in approximately 20 minutes. Exit the train at Suburban Station, and exit the station to Market Street. BLF is located at 1515 Market, between 15th and 16th Streets, across from City Hall.
