Jeffrey Less has also developed a construction transactional practice, and he represents a number of major project owners in negotiating and preparing construction and design contracts and other construction-related documents. Another of Jeffrey Less’ areas of concentration is complex insurance litigation. Over the past years, he has represented insurance companies in consumer class action lawsuits, in bankruptcy courts where the corporate debtor is the insurance company’s commercial insured, in administrative proceedings before the insurance department, in contract disputes, and in commercial policy litigation.
