| | Michael F. R. Harris Of Counsel Mr. Harris joined the firm in 2007. His practice focuses on civil litigation, with emphases on complex commercial litigation, class actions, securities, and appellate litigation. Prior to joining Bazelon Less & Feldman, Mr. Harris worked in Dechert’s Philadelphia office for thirteen years, first as an associate and then as a partner. Mr. Harris has extensive litigation experience at both the trial and appellate level. He has tried cases in federal and state courts, represented clients in arbitration proceedings, and argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Harris received his B.A., summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Dartmouth College in 1985, with a double major in Government and History. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1989.
