BAZELON LESS & FELDMAN NAMES
NOAH H. CHARLSON AS SHAREHOLDER
Bazelon Less & Feldman, P.C. has named Noah H. Charlson as a shareholder of the firm, according to Richard L. Bazelon, a founding shareholder. "Since he joined our firm in 2002, Noah has successfully litigated numerous cases on behalf of our clients and continues to be an outstanding member of our team."
Charlson practices complex commercial litigation, construction law and intellectual property law on behalf of corporations and individuals. Among others, his clients have included a regional commercial developer and construction management firm, the nation's leading toy company and largest pizza chain, a global pharmaceutical leader, and representative clients from the fashion, publishing, surety, construction, nursing home and financial industries. Charlson has significant litigation experience at the trial and appellate levels, in areas including construction and surety law, professional liability, legal malpractice, false advertising, trademark and copyright law, as well as a wide variety of complex commercial matters.
A resident of Merion Station, Pa., Charlson earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1996. He graduated in 1993 from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where he earned his bachelors’ degree with High Distinction in History, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa during his junior year. After graduating law school, Charlson served as a law clerk for the Honorable Edward R. Korman of the United States District Court of the Eastern District of New York in Brooklyn, and was associated with two firms in New York City. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
