FELDMAN ELECTED VICE PRESIDENT OF CADE - HELPING CHIDREN MAKE SMART DECISIONS
Attorney Dedicates Time to Charity Serving More Than 50,000 Children

A. Richard Feldman, a named shareholder of Bazelon Less & Feldman, P.C., was recently elected a vice president of CADE - Helping Children Make Smart Decisions. A Philadelphia-based non-profit organization, CADE provides full-time, trained specialists to area elementary schools where they mentor inner city children on how to avoid drugs, violence, and other self-destructive behaviors. Founded in 1987, CADE prevention specialists now work with more than 50,000 Philadelphia children each year on their decision making, goal setting and conflict resolution skills.

Feldman focuses his practice on complex financial institution litigation, class action defense, and litigating disputes involving companies in the insurance and financial service industries. His 25 years of experience include representing plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving contract disputes, fraud, secured lending litigation, real estate matters, securities law, business torts, insurance disputes, breach of warranty, disability law, RICO, ERISA litigation, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and employment matters.

A home-grown Philadelphian, and a graduate of its public schools, Feldman earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard University (B.A., cum laude, 1970) and his law degree (J.D., summa cum laude, 1980) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, and an executive editor of the Law Review.
