BAZELON LESS & FELDMAN WELCOMES NEW ASSOCIATE
Cary Joshi Joins Philadelphia Office
Cary Joshi recently joined Bazelon Less & Feldman’s Philadelphia office as an associate and will focus on commercial and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate with the law firm of Morgan Lewis & Bockius where she gained extensive experience in the areas of product liability, toxic tort and general commercial litigation.
Joshi is vice president of the Board of Trustees of Freedom Academy Charter School: A KIPP School, in Camden, N.J. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
The new associate earned her undergraduate degree in ethics, politics and economics from Yale University (B.A., 1997) and her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D., 2002), where she was a member of the Moot Court Board, an editor of the Employment Law Journal and a legal writing instructor. Prior to attending law school, Joshi taught elementary school in Phoenix, Arizona as part of Teach for America.
Established in 1983, Bazelon Less & Feldman, P.C., with offices in Philadelphia and
Marlton, N.J., represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation. The firm has been trial counsel in charge of various lawsuits in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, in bankruptcy courts, and in arbitration proceedings, and has represented its clients before numerous state and federal appellate courts.
