BAZELON LESS & FELDMAN WELCOMES NEW ASSOCIATE
Christina M. Reger Joins Philadelphia Office
Christina M. Reger has joined Bazelon Less & Feldman’s Philadelphia office as an associate to focus on commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Reger was an associate at the law firm of Budd Larner, P.C.
Reger’s prior practice focused primarily in the area of family law, where she won a lengthy trial on international relocation of a minor child to a non-Hague country. The decision was recently affirmed on appeal. She has extensive experience in all aspects of pre- and post-trial litigation and in appellate practice, including six New Jersey Appellate Court opinions, three of which were published by the Court. Reger also published the lead article in the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review entitled, “Let's Swap, Copyright for Code: The Computer Software Disclosure Dichotomy.”
Reger is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Reger earned her undergraduate degrees from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey (B.S., B.A., 1993), and her graduate degree in Jurisprudence in Health Law and Public Policy (M.S.J., 1999), as well as her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D., 2003), where she was an articles editor for the Seton Hall Law Review. While in law school, Reger interned for the Honorable Joel Pisano in the District Court for the District of New Jersey, and for the Honorable Virginia A. Long in the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Established in 1983, Bazelon Less & Feldman, P.C., with offices in Philadelphia and Marlton, N.J., represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation. The firm has been trial counsel in charge of various lawsuits in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, in bankruptcy courts, and in arbitration proceedings, and has represented its clients before numerous state and federal appellate courts.
