BAZELON LESS & FELDMAN WELCOMES LARRY SPECTOR
Larry Spector Joins as Of Counsel

Larry H. Spector recently joined Bazelon Less & Feldman as Of Counsel. Spector’s practice focuses on complex business litigation involving securities, employment, antitrust and trade secret litigation; contracts, real estate transactions and taxation; legal and accounting malpractice; fraudulent conveyance, successor liability and preference matters in bankruptcy; and business divorces. Prior to joining the firm, Spector was a shareholder in the boutique litigation firm of Mann Ungar Spector and Labovitz., P.C.

Repeatedly recognized by Philadelphia magazine as a Super Lawyer, Spector has volunteered at Philadelphia Legal Assistance to help homeowners avoid mortgage foreclosure; coached moot court teams at Temple University Beasley School of Law; tutored at the Center For Literacy; and mentored for Philadelphia Futures. Spector is a past co-chair of the state civil committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and past board chair of the Anti-Defamation League, Philadelphia Region. He has also served on the boards of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation, Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia and the Reading Terminal Preservation Society.

Spector earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania (B.A., 1971) and his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., 1974). He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
