Richard Feldman, named partners in the Philadelphia commercial litigation firm Bazelon, Less & Feldman, were designated Super Lawyers in an independent survey of their peers. Administered by the publishers of Law & Politics magazine, the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers 2005 survey recognizes the top five percent of attorneys in each participating state. Voted on by attorneys who have been in practice for five years or more, Super Lawyers are those attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Super Lawyers is a comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys, representing a wide range of practice areas, firm sizes and geographic locations. "We are honored to be included in this elite corps of legal professionals," said Less, who along with Bazelon founded the firm in 1983. Feldman joined the firm in 1984 as its first associate. "To be recognized by our peers is the ultimate compliment in a profession as highly competitive as law," said Feldman. Bazelon was further honored by being named as a top 100 Super Lawyer in Philadelphia and in Pennsylvania. This indicates that out of all of the Super Lawyers in the state, he is among the 100 who received the most votes, according to the publisher of the list. "This is an honor," said Bazelon. "I am humbled by the support of my colleagues."
