BLF’s client was charged with failing to uncover massive fraud perpetrated by the principals of a large telecommunications company which the client had audited. Working together with the New York firm of Cravath Swaine and Moore and the Philadelphia firm of Ballard Spahr, BLF reviewed hundreds of thousands of documents and took numerous depositions. After extensive discovery, the case was settled on terms that were favorable to the client.
