Cymrot v. Smith Barney
(11th Cir. 1999)

A. Richard Feldman represented a real estate developer in a Florida securities fraud class action arising out of a retirement home financed by industrial development bonds.

The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of the developer, and this ruling was affirmed by the Eleventh Circuit on appeal. Cymrot v. Smith Barney, 192 F.3d 132 (11th Cir. 1999).
