For over twenty-five years, Dianne Dichter has specialized in litigating insurance and commercial matters.
Her clients have included insurance companies, mortgage brokers, construction contractors and other small and mid-sized businesses. She has extensive experience in handling cases in both the trial and appellate courts.
She started her career at Mylotte, David and Fitzpatrick before joining BLF for the first time in 1988. She left to become a founding partner in the firm of Timby Brown and Timby. Most recently, she was an associate at Black & Gerngross where she concentrated on commercial litigation. She has rejoined BLF to serve as counsel for the Pennsylvania Financial Responsibility Assigned Claims Plan.
Ms. Dichter has represented the Pennsylvania Financial Responsibility Assigned Claims Plan in thousands of arbitrations and trials in Pennsylvania state courts. Highlights of her practice and experience include:

Dianne is a 1981 graduate of Swarthmore College where she obtained a degree in psychology. In 1985, she graduated cum laude from the Tulane University School of Law. While in law school, she interned for the Honorable Michaelle Wynne, a federal magistrate in New Orleans, and at the United States Attorney’s Office in Philadelphia.
