Deirdre E. Groenen, Esquire, Joins
BLF's Employment Law Group

BLF welcomes its new of counsel, employment litigation and counseling attorney Deirdre E. Groenen.

Ms. Groenen brings to the Firm extensive experience in employment law, which she acquired as the vice president of human resources and general counsel for a major and rapidly growing local energy/remodeling company, and prior to that, as a litigation associate with a large Philadelphia-based law firm. BLF’s Employment Law Group will benefit from her deep knowledge and hands-on experience with a wide range of important employment-related issues, including FLSA wage and hour disputes, employment discrimination and harassment, unemployment, performance management, and issues involving regulatory matters and compliance.

In addition to working with BLF’s Employment Law Group, Ms. Groenen will be working together with BLF attorney Dianne A. Dichter defending matters involving the Pennsylvania Financial Responsibility Assigned Claims Plan, an organization that provides benefits to eligible claimants injured in motor vehicle accidents.
