PNC Bank v. Superior Mortgage, et al.
(E.D. Pa. 2012)

BLF attorney A. Richard Feldman achieved a significant success for BLF's client, PNC Bank, in this unfair competition case.

The case involved claims by PNC Bank against a competitor and the Bank's former employees, who had gone over to that competitor, for misappropriation of trade secrets, conversion, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, conspiracy and other claims. After BLF filed the case on behalf of PNC, it promptly negotiated a Consent Order, which forced the defendants to return all the information they had taken from PNC.

Subsequently, after extensive discovery and motion practice, the parties entered into a confidential settlement on the eve of trial. PNC Bank v. Superior Mortgage, et al., No. 09-cv-05084 (E.D. Pa. 2012).
