A. Richard Feldman successfully defended this federal court class action for breach of contract and unjust enrichment, claiming that members who paid dues late were deprived of a full year’s worth of membership privileges.

BLF’s client’s motion to dismiss for lack of standing was granted in 2012 and affirmed on appeal in 2013 by the Third Circuit. Kaymak v. AAA Mid-Atlantic Inc., 2013 WL 2933939 (3d Cir. 2013).
