A. Richard Feldman and Lisa A. Barton provided legal services to the District in a dispute that arose from recalls of school counselors.

The PFT filed grievances and an arbitration demand. BLF advised and consulted with the District’s in-house counsel during the arbitration. After the arbitrator sustained the grievances, BLF represented the District in its appeal from the arbitration award.
