Mr. Harris has over 30 years of commercial litigation experience, with emphases on securities, class actions, contract disputes, constitutional law, arbitrations, and appellate litigation.

Prior to joining Bazelon Less & Feldman, Mr. Harris worked in Dechert LLP’s Philadelphia office for thirteen years, first as an associate and then as a partner.
