PLATINUM REFINER'S $200 MILLION

ARBITRATION AWARD CONFIRMED

Richard L. Bazelon, Lisa A. Barton and Michael F. R. Harris successfully defended a motion to vacate arbitration award and obtained judgment in the U.S. District Court in Philadelphia confirming an arbitration award in excess of $200 million in favor of clients Impala Platinum Holdings Limited and Impala Refining Services Limited, obtained in the London Court of International Arbitration.
